Bayer Becker is currently working with Traditions Development Group and Western Row Land Developers to create a new upscale, lifestyle oriented, mixed-use community on the site located at the southeast corner of Mason-Montgomery Road and Western Row Road.
This will be a 70 acre development featuring 80,000 square feet of community retail and restaurants, a high end boutique hotel, grocery store, office, and a diverse selection of residential homes. Family-owned gourmet grocer, Dorothy Lane Market, will anchor the destination with their first Greater Cincinnati location. The residential units will consist of single family detached homes, three-plex courtyard townhomes, and traditional townhomes. The master planned community will be built around five lakes and will include a waterfront boardwalk and a central village green for the community to gather. The neighborhood will be connected by a series of sidewalks, walking paths, promenades, and 14 acres of parks and greenspace.
