Project Highlight

Bayer Becker’s ability to design within tight urban spaces is on full display with the 15th and Race Street Condos project. The development is 3CDC’s second largest project in the downtown Cincinnati area and features 2-3 commercial spaces on the street level with 17 housing units on the second and third floors. The client challenged Bayer Becker to meet the site design criteria for Phase One users; while also considering access, grading, and utility services for future developments to the north and west. One of the unique design solutions included modifying an existing breezeway to provide an adequate flood route for the proposed surface parking lot behind the buildings.
