Bayer Becker Adds Three To Principals Team

Bayer Becker has added three new members to its leadership team as the firm prepares for its 50th year in business. Mike Dooley, Rob Keller, and Mike Willenbrink join a team of six principals; Jay Bayer, Bob Garlock, Etta Reed, Tim Bayer, John Del Verne, and Chris Gephart. President, Jay Bayer, made the announcement Tuesday, November 28, adding "Mike, Rob, and Mike have demonstrated their commitment to the success of our clients and to the future growth of Bayer Becker."

Bishop Brossart Announces New Athletic Complex

Bayer Becker will be responsible for the design of the new Mustang Athletic Complex for Bishop Brossart High School. We provided topographic survey and basemap, concept planning, 3D modeling and video graphics, mass grading and erosion control plans, storm water detention and water quality design, assistance with environmental permitting, and mass grade bidding including preparation of bid documents and specs. The project has hopes of being finished in 2019 to start hosting games and events and allowing the school to finally enjoy playing on a home turf after years of having to travel to different schools and fields to play their games.

New Mixed Use Project in Uptown

28 city-owned properties in Uptown have been sold to develop a new mixed-use project. Bayer Becker is providing both civil engineer and survey services for this project. The mixed-use development will consist of 3 office buildings, a parking garage, a hotel, and a park. To find out more details on this new development, check out the article below. 

Etta Reed is Reappointed to the Ohio Soil and Water Conservation Commission

Kasich announced the following appointments: Etta M. Reed of West Chester (Butler Co.) has been reappointed to the Ohio Soil and Water Conservation Commission for a term beginning June 29, 2017, and ending June 28, 2021.

Inside 2017's Homearama Showing

Bayer Becker designed site plans for this subdivision in Warren County Hamilton Township. Homearama is the nation's oldest luxury home showcase. The showing is available to the public July 8th through the 23rd. Check out the beautiful photos of the homes in the link below.

Benedictine Sisters sell 85 Acres for Development
