Project Highlight
Bayer Becker provided design services for the Dearborn County Hospital Expansion. The phased expansion included the construction of a 256 car parking garage followed by a three floor patient tower. Dearborn County Hospital was operational during the expansion so safety was paramount. Bayer Becker’s site design for the property was also a key factor because the site featured tight constraints including the existing, functioning hospital on one side and a busy intersection on a state highway.
Bayer Becker’s experience with both Dearborn County and the City of Greendale’s regulations combined with our experience on similar projects ensured a smooth project from design to construction. This combination allowed the project to be completed 10 weeks ahead of schedule and under budget.
