Bayer Becker Brings $25 Million Development to Over-the-Rhine

Two developing groups have been working on perserving four historic buildings and constructing a new mixed-use building. This project will cost approximately $25 million to develop and will be located on the northwest corner of Liberty and Elm streets. The groundbreaking for this project will begin in fall of 2016. Bayer Becker Providing Design for New Upscale Miami Township Apartments

Bayer Becker provided designs for the Austin Park Apartments in Miami Township. This new residential development will include 226 units and will be right across from the Austin Landing development. Bayer Becker Provides Design for New Shakespeare Co. Theater

Bayer Becker provided designs for the new Shakespeare Co. Theater. This theater will seat 244 people and no seat is farther than 20 feet away from the stage! The exterior of the building is modeled after the National Theater in London and the interior is modeled after Shakespeare's own Globe Theater.
