The Woobourne Library in Centerville, Ohio included the demolition of the Cataloging Center building and existing parking lots with a major expansion of the existing library, upgrades to grading, paving, drainage, electrical, lighting, banners, landscape and signage for the campus. The Bayer Becker team provided full design services for the completion of the site plan.

The plans provide for hardscape areas, building utility services, site storm water, and grading. Bayer Becker also created a Conceptual Planting Plan for the site based on the owner’s program, schedule and construction budget requirements in accordance with the site plan submittal requirements to the City of Centerville.

The design team and plans were selected after the City of Centerville officials surveyed residents to determine what residents want in the renovated library. The total estimated cost of the renovations is more than $3.5 million which will be paid for from the library’s building and operations funding.
