WAR-22 at Stillwater Dr & Old 3C Hwy (Rivercrest)

As part of the Rivercrest residential development, Bayer Becker prepared a traffic impact study. Our team performed data collection, traffic engineering calculations, and analysis. The study determined the need for road improvements along US 22 / SR 3 including a left turn lane at Stillwater Drive (access to the proposed development) and a right turn lane at Old 3C Highway. 

Relative to the roadway improvements, Bayer Becker performed topographic survey field work, research, roadway design, traffic control planning, etc for the preparation of construction drawings. The construction drawings consisted of typical sections, general notes, general summary, a roadway plan, cross-sections, drive profiles, intersection details, storm and culvert profiles, and a traffic control plan. Other engineering tasks included grading and drainage design, as well as the incorporation of stormwater best management practices (BMPs).
