Thomas More University Academic Building & Donor Garden
Thomas More University is enhancing its campus with a new $14 million, 34,000-square-foot academic center and donor garden. The state-of-the-art, four-story facility is designed to support advanced learning and innovation, featuring a 375-seat auditorium for large lectures and events, a cutting-edge technology and prototype lab, and the Dr. Anthony & Geraldine Zembrodt Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation. Additionally, the building will house the Center for Faith, Mission and Catholic Education and the College of Business.
The forward-thinking design of the building extends into the landscape with an innovative and protected space for students to ponder, create, and collaborate in the presence of the school’s namesake. Careful consideration went into the design of every element of the landscape to ensure that it embraces Thomas More’s current ideals and supports their future evolution. Bayer Becker provided land surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services.
