Sinclair Community College is elevating and streamlining the student experience with their renovated and expanded James McSwiney Welcome Center. Formerly Building 10, the 91,000 square foot building serves as the front door to campus and centralizes the administrative offices and student services into a one-stop-shop for students and families. It also boasts ample flex space for student programming, expos, lectures, and collaboration areas.

The comprehensive site renovation included improvements to the entry plaza and utility service upgrades for the building expansion. Despite the tight urban environment, our team’s extensive experience on campus and within the City of Dayton, made for a successful and timely project completion.
