Bayer Becker provided comprehensive civil engineering and land surveying services for the Moxy Hotel, a transformative hospitality project located in the heart of Cincinnati’s Central Business District. This development blends historic preservation with modern design by converting three historic buildings into a unified hotel space while carefully maintaining their original facades.

The project includes the addition of a newly constructed seven-story tower, resulting in a 111-room hotel encompassing over 51,000 square feet. Key amenities include the Observerie Rooftop Bar on the seventh floor, an inviting outdoor courtyard, and a flexible first-floor space designed to operate as a coffee shop by day and a bar by night. Bayer Becker’s technical expertise supported the successful integration of new infrastructure within a dense urban environment, ensuring the project met both regulatory requirements and the client’s vision for a vibrant, contemporary hotel experience.
