Ila Hyde Park

Ila Hyde Park is a groundbreaking sustainable residential development as the first efficiently designed, air quality facility, as approved by the Clean Air Improvement Program. The first of its kind facility will redevelop a historic reail spur and will offer 51 units, commercial space, and parking. It will also feature a rooftop pool, private residence club, and fitness center.

Bayer Becker provided integrated surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for this development. The building and site were designed to conform to strict zoning guidelines, and offers residents easy access to the Wasson Way bike trail that runs along the front yard. Bayer Becker’s design team worked with the project architect to efficiently move this project from concept to permit approval.
