The first new construction hotel built in 30 years in downtown Cincinnati, the six-story, 117-room hotel is located in the heart of the urban core at Seventh and Broadway. The top-floor Losantiville Ballroom can accommodate up to 220 guests and can dazzle them with nearly 1,900 square feet of pre-event lounge space. The site also includes an indoor pool, 24/7 fitness center, a contemporary first-floor restaurant and a parking garage with 725 spaces, fostering an upscale, but approachable environment for visitors, as well as locals.

Bayer Becker maintained project momentum by being proactive and prepared during design. The design team worked closely with the project’s architects to maximize space on the project and ensure successful grading of the existing street and sidewalk. Design for the urban project had to account for not only roadways on all sides, but an adjacent project, whose design and construction had to be accounted for. In addition to design, Bayer Becker assisted in the permitting process for the project.
