The former Procter & Gamble campus in Blue Ash, a 35-year-old facility spanning over 53 acres, was transformed into a modern corporate headquarters for Ensemble Health Partners. The redevelopment included the renovation of 300,000 square feet of existing office space and the addition of 75,000 square feet to the building footprint, creating a dynamic and functional environment for a growing workforce.

Designed to accommodate approximately 2,500 employees, the facility features a range of amenities, including a 10,000-square-foot, employee-only childcare center. Site planning placed a strong emphasis on accessibility, efficient traffic circulation, and ample parking, with over 1,870 parking spaces provided to support daily operations.

The campus also underwent a comprehensive landscape redesign, enhancing the visual appeal and functionality of key areas such as entrances, exits, and internal drives. The result is a revitalized corporate environment that supports both the operational needs and employee experience of Ensemble Health Partners.
