Cold Spring Streets Annual Program

To maintain and improve the safety, condition, and functionality of the city streets, Cold Spring has worked with Bayer Becker to assess, design, and rehabilitate streets since 2016. The Bayer Becker team works with the City, residents, and utilities to design improvements to the pavement section, profile, and drainage improvements. Additionally, our firm facilitates the preparation of construction specifications, bid documents, and construction administration. 

In the 2020 program, six concrete streets were reconstructed, while eleven asphalt streets were rehabilitated by milll and overlay and full depth of asphalt improvements. Average annual spend is $1.85MM in improvements.
