Standing as the third-tallest building in downtown Cincinnati and one of the city’s most iconic landmarks, the PNC Tower has undergone a remarkable transformation from a historic office building into a premier residential destination. This $75 million redevelopment project reimagines the tower as a high-end lifestyle center while preserving its architectural heritage, including the building’s distinctive terracotta façade.

The revitalized tower now features approximately 300 luxury apartments complemented by an array of upscale amenities, such as a rooftop pool, private movie theater, day spa, and ground-floor retail space. The project not only enhances the city’s skyline but also contributes to the ongoing revitalization of the urban core.

Bayer Becker provided critical surveying and civil engineering services to support the redevelopment. Our team led the design and coordination of new utility service connections for the residential units and implemented streetscape improvements that enhance pedestrian access and integrate the building seamlessly into the surrounding urban fabric.
