Cincinnati & Hamilton County Public Library - Deer Park Branch

Modern library building with blue accents and a clear sky.

The $5 million renovation project transformed a 25,000 square foot vacant retail site into a welcoming and inspiring space for the community to gather and connect. The new location is approximately five times larger than the previous branch facility, offering flexible programming to fit the changing needs of the community. Bayer Becker designed a vehicle drop-off area and outdoor plaza at the building entry. The site improvements also provide a traffic-calming feature for vehicles traveling through the retail center to improve pedestrian safety.
