Bayer Becker’s ability to deliver precise, fast-tracked design solutions was key to keeping the Village at Austin Landing on schedule. The development features multiple buildings surrounding a central park, and its location within an active commercial area required careful coordination to avoid disrupting existing tenants.

Flexible utility design was essential to maintain uninterrupted service while accommodating evolving site needs as new tenants were added. Grading also posed a challenge due to tight constraints from surrounding development, leaving little margin for error. Bayer Becker provided transportation engineering services to support site access and circulation.

At the heart of the project is a central park designed as a vibrant gathering space for nearby restaurants, offices, and retailers. The park includes an enclosed bicycle hub for 20 bikes with lockers and a rest station, high-end site furnishings, a performance stage, and low-voltage lighting that highlights pedestrian paths, specimen plantings, and a multi-level water feature.
