AtriCure Headquarters

The new headquarters campus combines office and manufacturing facilities under one roof, and helps further the City of Mason’s efforts to be a technology and bioscience hub for the Greater Cincinnati area. Bayer Becker’s familiarity with the City of Mason’s development regulations, combined with our experience working on similar corporate office campuses, ensured a smooth design and construction process for AtriCure’s new headquarters.

In order to minimize stormwater facilities on-site, Bayer Becker collaborated with city officials on how this project fits into the larger regional detention plan for the area. Our staff planned the site around a large communication line that bisects the site, as well as a network of Duke Energy facilities on the southern end of the site. We worked with the developer and owner’s representative to maximize site improvements for this initial phase of development, while also leaving room for future expansion.
