Bayer Becker’s partnership with Al. Neyer Inc. continues with the Viox Services office building in Reading, Ohio. The approximately 6 acre site includes a 22,000 square foot building and over 100 parking spaces. The site's flat topography made drainage and utility connections challenging. To solve this problem Bayer Becker coordinated with the City of Reading on the design of a storm sewer extension that runs through the site. This extension helped reduce the amount of storm infrastructure that would be needed. In addition to the city owned storm extension, the site also features 2 bio-retention basins in the parking lot, which help alleviate runoff.
