Project Write Up

Keystone Parke, located in Cincinnati, is a seven acre, multiple building, 460,000 square foot complex.  A majority of the complex sits above a multi-level public parking structure. The project for Neyer Properties Inc. will include multiple phases.  Phase I, which is LEED Silver certified, includes a 4 story, 65,000 square foot building. Additional phases will include multiple office towers that will overlook I-71.

Bayer Becker’s work includes construction drawings for site work along with improvements for widening Dana Avenue for a turn lane. This work has been coordinated with the city’s planned city streetscape project.  In addition, exhibits have been prepared for possible improvements to the ODOT I-71 southbound ramp.
