Riverpointe Condominiums

Located in Dayton, Kentucky, Riverpointe Condominiums is a 32 acre development nestled into a hillside and ridgetop overlooking the Ohio River with a 180 degree plus view of the river and the east side of downtown Cincinnati. The project includes fifteen luxury condominium buildings and a clubhouse with a publicly dedicated street.

The development of the site is an excellent example of how a high density, in-fill, hillside development can be accomplished effectively and responsibly while maximizing value to the owner and the city. Special attention had to be given to the grading of the site and handling of the stormwater run-off in order to minimize erosion on the hill-side while maximizing the views from the residences. The project also presented a unique opportunity to work with the City of Dayton by providing excess fill dirt that was hauled off the site and used to stabilize Dayton Pike which had been suffering from slippage problems for many years.
